Ladies of Oakland

The Ladies of Oakland was organized in February 1977 and the first officers were installed on April 21, 1977. The purpose of the women's group is to participate in developing and expanding the work of the Affton Historical Society. Meetings of the Ladies of Oakland are held on the third Tuesday of the month, March through November at the Oakland House 1:00 PM. Any lady who joins the society automatically becomes a "Lady of Oakland".
